Stripe Cancellations + Points purchasing experience

When you subscribe through Stripe, cancelling doesn't prompt you with anything that indicates you will lose points. The fiasco that ensues if the customer doesn't know that they don't get to keep those points is not the best for customer success nor the agents who will have to deal with those customers. Not sure how you could proceed with their platform to properly indicate that big nuance in cancellation. I notice that cancelling and subscribing through your website's built-in platform that there is a very clear "HEY WAIT" UX function before cancelling but not through stripe. Just dealt with this.
Also, honestly it would be really nice to just buy words ala carte like I believe your business model used to include or even a cheaper subscription method because I barely use 5000 words/ month. I also am not guaranteed to use those credits in totality with my current usage case. So my only option as a customer is to purchase far too many words than I would be using per month and to continue to accrue large amounts of points that I will never fully use up. It's just not the best feeling as a repeat customer to know I'm paying for more than I need in perpetuity with no plausible solution to this.
